Taking Indica rice 9311 as material, this paper cultured rice seedlings by hydroponics, and studied the growth and development condition of rice under different concentration of phosphorus and cadmium, then used graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry to detect cadmium content in rice seedlings. The results showed that, when the content of adding cadmium was 0.05 mmol/L, the cadmium content of rice increased by 9.6%, 21.8% and 43.5% respectively with the increase of phosphorus content, but the phosphorus can inhibit the cadmium transportation from underground part to aerial part. When the cadmium concentration was the same, the dry weight of rice treated by different phosphorus concentration decreased after rising firstly, the activity of SOD decreased firstly and then increased, and 312mg/kg phosphorus concentration was the optimal one. |
