The paper aimed at studying impact factors of water system that was used to breed Litopenaeus vanmamei. The totally-enclosed circulating water system included pump, cotton filters, brush, oyster shell and water hyacinth. Before the test, dried the pond out in the sun, water was aerated, sterilized and added by other nutrients. During the test, opened the water system for 24 h every four to five d to clear NH3, NH4+, N-nitroso, organics, suspended solids and backlit etc., circulated the water more times according to the monitoring results. On the other hand, probiotics could be used to adjust the quality of the water system at the same time. High quality water indices that fitted Litopenaeus Vanmamei grow were steady during the 112 d, each index was below the following: turbidity 1.6 NTU, pH 8.1, NH3-N 0.018 mg/L and NO2-N 0.045 mg/L. The result showed that the average weight of shrimp was 10.96 g and the output 3.87 kg/m3. According to the results, we considered that it was possible to breed Litopenaeus vanmamei with the totally-enclosed circulating water system. It could instead the traditional breeding patterns that need to change water. |
