Abstract:
      Professional agricultural town as the main modern agricultural carry in Guangdong province, its scientific and technological innovation environmental construction has a major impact on agricultural industrial upgrading and industrial restructuring. This paper used Entropy Weight Method to evaluate scientific and technological innovation environment of professional agricultural town. The result showed that the government support environment, market environment, technological environment, financial environment, cooperation environment and socio-cultural environment of professional agricultural town aren’t superior. So, professional agricultural town needs to deepen the industry-universityresearch cooperation based on the public innovation service platform, build the collaborative innovation system around the resources and special industries, establish the diversified funding mechanisms for agricultural science and technology innovation,and promote the regional public brand and service system.
