This research was performed to study the delaying cultivation facilities, variation of soil water content, water consumption characteristics, water productivity and water production function in grapes during different growth stages under various water treatments. The results showed that moderate water deficit during germination period while full water supply in other periods was one of the optimal deficit patterns for yield and water use efficiency in grapes under delayed cultivation. We fitted water productivity function model in grapes by providing the facility of delayed cultivation through the least squares method to analyze and compare the two water productivity function models for delayed grape cultivation facilities, as the experiment was performed in Hexi area. From this study it has observed that blank model was more reasonable and effective for delayed grape cultivation facilities, and the water sensitive coefficient decreased during fruit enlargement period, vining period, ripening period, blossom period and germination period followed the same tendency, so the water consumption pattern and the variation of water sensitive coefficient in grapes were basically similar. |
