Abstract:
      Collected 100 test samples from Guiyang and the surrounding areas and using MRS culture medium to cultivate, then separated the bacterial strain of lactobacillus. After the test of low-pH tolerance, alkali resistance, and the identification of morphological, cultivated and biological characterization, we filtrated 39 samples from the 100 lactobacillusstrain samples. By means of the silage test on rice straw which was added lactobacillus strains into, the moisture content, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), crude protein (CP), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and pH of rice straw silage fodder were analyzed. The results showed that the 63 strain was a high-quality lactobacillus additive which was able to significantly improve the quality of rice straw silage fodder.
