The vegetable supply chain management lies in the reasonable distribution of profit between cooperative members. A reasonable and fair profit distribution pattern is the dynamic mechanism to promote the sustainability and virtuous circle of vegetable supply chain management. This essay summarized the main components and circulation patterns of vegetable supply chain, combined with the characteristics of it, and then proposed an improved model which was capable to achieve a more equitable and fair distribution, through comprehensive consideration of 3 influencing factors (risk factors, the level of cooperation and social responsibility) and their weights on the basis of the shapely value method. Example datahave been used in this essay to verify the feasibility of this method, and two suggestions have been arisen to ensure thesmooth implementation of this allocation model from the angles of vegetable manufactory and government, respectively. |
