Organophosphorus pesticide residues in aquatic products bring significant risks to human health. Establishing accuate, sensitive, effective and quick methods for determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues becomes a major project in food safety. Analytical techniques of organophosphorus pesticide residues in aquatic products and their recent development were reviewed. Application of the pretreatment of samples, including the extraction solvent selection, extraction methods and purification methods including liquid -liquid extraction, solid -phase extraction, gel permeation chromatography, matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction, solid -phase microextraction, liquid -phase microextraction and dispersive solid -phase extraction were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of gas chromatography, gas chromatography -mass spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography -tandem mass spectrometry were evaluated. The solutions to matrix -induced response enhancement in organophosphorus pesticide residues analysis were summarized. The prospect for the future research was also discussed. |
