Abstract: |
By the PCR-DGGE technique, the soil microbial diversities und five planting modes of Pueraria wallichii DC., The results showed that:(1)With the increase of soil layer depth, the Simpson index of the soil microbial diversity under different planting modes decreased gradually in the vertical direction, and the Simpson index of P. wallichii DC.- Cupressus lusitanica forest and P. wallichii DC.-Eucalyptus globulus forest were higher than those under their contrast, the Simpson index of P. wallichii DC.-Aleuvites fordii Hemsl forest and P. wallichii DC. forest were lower than those under their contrast;渊2冤In the horizontal direction, the richness, evenness, diversity index of the soil microbial diversity was different among the different planting patterns, mainly as follows: the richness, diversity index and evenness of P. wallichii DC.-E. globulus forest were all the highest, the richness of P. wallichii DC.-C. lusitanica forest and the diversity index, evenness of P. wallichii DC.-A. fordii Hemsl were both the lowest. Under the same conditions, the mode of P. wallichii DC.forest was better than the mode of P. wallichii DC.-A. fordii Hemsl forest. The medium thick brown soil was more suitable for planting P. wallichii DC. than the deep dark-brown soil. |
