| To make the pathogen species clear of litchi in China, 162 disease samples from 108 litchi varieties in 6 provinces of south china were collected and isolated. And 255 isolates of pathogen were identified. The isolates belong to 21 kinds of pathogen fungus, in which 13 species had been reported in litchi, and the other 8 had not now. Fusarium and Colletotrichum were the most, and could be found in almost all the palces in litchi. These two microorganisms could be isolated from leaves, fruits and stems. Peronophythora litchi was isolated in fruits only. The main tissue of pathogenic fungi was leaves . |
