As fruit and vegetable quality are affected by environmental parameters, the relationship between them is studied. Take grape for example, the temperature and humidity are selected as environmental parameters, and the hardness change rate and water loss rate as quality parameters. GM (1, 2) multi-factor dynamic model of gray system theory is established to study the relationship of fruit and vegetable quality and environmental parameters. An effective system is designed to measure the environmental parameters for measuring fruit and vegetable quality, in order to realize the purpose of predicting the fruit and vegetable shelf life. The experimental results show that the error of the GM (1, 2) model predicting water loss rate and hardness change rate is smaller. Instead of measuring quality parameters, measuring the environmental parameters becomes simpler and easier to run, and it also reduces the cost of measurement. |
