Double-wings deep-shovel was designed and it contained three parts, including shove shaft, shove wing and shovel tip. The EDEM model of soil-plow simulation was established. The experiment with tillage resistances as target and several operating parameters and structure parameters as factors was made. The simulation results showed that during the range of the experiment, tillage resistances decreased when tiller angle and starting angle increased while it decreased and then increased when operating speed increased. The value of tillage resistance was the least when the value of tiller angle, starting angle and operating speed were 30°, 30°, 0.75 m/s, respectively. The soil bin results showed that when the shovel was being operated, the soil moved inner and back along the wing, turned still, which had little influence on sides. |
