Abstract:
      To establish a suitable regeneration system of space-induced indica rice, H4, a series of experimental programs were carried out. The results showed that When NMB was used as the basic medium, 2.5 mg/L 2,4-D, 1.0 mg/L NAA and 0.5 mg/L 6-BA were added, the callus induction frequency of H4 was 91.63%; ABA showed a significant result on the growth and regeneration of callus; the two -step culture method exhibited positive effects on enhancing plant regeneration ability. The regeneration technology for high frequency of H4 mature embryos was established preliminarily.
