The dieback disease in hemp is a new pathogen in recent years. One correlative strain DM-1 was identified as Fusarium chlamydosporum by morphology and molecular biological technology, was isolated and purified from the tissue of hemp. The optimum temperature for the mycelial growth was 25℃and the optimum pH value for the mycelial growth was 7. Full illumination was conducive to the growth of the mycelial. Mycelial growth was the fastest on the medium using fructose, maltose and arabinose as carbon source, or using yeast extract, beef extract, peptone, potassium nitrate and sodium
nitrate as nitrogen source. |
