To solve the problem that the drying field sensors and wireless nodes could not supply a wide range of distribution wiring and were of poor reliability, this paper based on the Seebeck effect, combined with thermoelectric energy harvesting technology, designed a drying-site wireless node power supply system, measured by testing bench the thermoelectric properties of the collection system, accessed to the variation of conversion efficiency and load current, and set up collection systems for wireless temperature thermoelectric devices. The results showed that the Seebeck coefficient of the thermoelectric generator was 35.397, the temperature difference coefficient was 0.5267; Matlab by fitting a logarithmic conversion efficiency and the load current and resistance of the expression system; thermoelectric system proved when the temperature difference was greater than 15℃, the collection system could drive the thermoelectric working well. |
