To obtain the reasonable planting density of regional adaptive cultivation for Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin, the effects of different plant densities on main agronomic characters and root biomass of T. kok -saghyz Rodin in squaring and solid stage were studied under field conditions, and eight planting densities of row and plant spacing including 20cm*20cm,20 cm*30cm,20cm*40cm,20cm*50cm,30cm*20cm,30cm*30cm,30cm*40cm,30cm*50cm were designed. The results showed that the main agronomic characters and root biomass of T. kok-saghyz Rodin in squaring and solid stage increased with the increase of plant spacing when the row spacing was 20 cm or 30 cm. The main agronomic characters and root biomass of T. kok -saghyz Rodin with the row spacing 30 cm were larger than those of T. kok -saghyz Rodin with the row spacing 20 cm. In addition, planting density had significant influences on leaf length, plant breadth, 1000-kernel weight, root diameter, fresh root weight and dry root weight per plant, but had little influence on length and number of scape. The main agronomic characters and root biomass of T. kok -saghyz Rodin with row spacing 30 cm and plant spacing 40 cm were good. Thus, the suitable plant density of regional adaptive cultivation for T. kok -saghyz Rodin was 30 cm*40 cm . |
