Camellia chekiangoleosa Hu from Dexing, Tengchong and Guangning were selected as materials to study systematically qualities of main C. chekiangoleosa Hu in China. 9 main economic trait indexes, including pericarp thickness, fruit diameter, inner shell thickness, seed diameter, fruit weight, fresh seed yield, fresh kenel yield, seed oil
content and kenel oil content were determined. ANOVA, variability analysis, correlation analysis regression analysis and
principal component analysis were used to process the tested data. According to the results, highly significant differences of every index among cultivars were found. Notable diversities of inner shell thickness and seed diameter existed between Dexing and Tengchong, while all indexes of Dexing and Guangning differed remarkably. For C. chekiangoleosa Hu of Tengchong and Guangning, differences of inner shell thickness and seed diameter were inapparent only. Significantly positive correlation was found between fresh seed and kenel yield. The highest fresh seed and kenel yields were found in
Tengchong, however, fruits of Dexing had the highest oil content. |
