It is conventional preservation way for rape under 0℃ without root. Effects of three different storage conditions
(0℃, rootless; 0℃, root; 5℃, root) on rape preservation were studied by using ”XIALV-2“rape. The results showed that, with root and low temperature (0℃) both significantly delayed the water loss, yellowing and rotting of rape and had remarkable effect on the maintenance of contents of Chlorophyll a, Chlorophyll b, Vc, Ca, Fe and Mg. Compared to the conventional storage (rootless, 0℃), the storage period of the rape with roots under 0℃ is prolonged more than doubled to 42 d. |
