Abstract: |
This article used the hanging scutcheon tag, visible implant fluoreseent tag and cutting fin tag of enhancement in 10 mg/L and 20 mg/L eugenol to Trachinotus ovatus, Lutjanus argentimaculatus and Sparus macrocephlus, then tried to simulate the natural living environment of these fishes to culture for a week. By observing the survival rate and the probability of sign off of fishes, this paper determined the effects of two anesthetic concentrations and three mark methods on the survival rate of the restocking fishes. The results showed that the effect of 10 mg/L eugenol on the activity of fish was smaller than that of 20 mg/L eugenol. Comparing the survival rate and sign of successful rate, we got a conclusion that visible implant fluoreseent tag in 10 mg/L eugenol was suitable for T. ovatus, cutting fin tag in 10 mg/L eugenol was suitable for L. argentimaculatus and S. macrocephlus. |
