Based on the survey data of 940 farmer households in Tongxin, Ningxia, the paper used the multinomial Logistic model to comparatively analyze the similarities and differences between factors influencing respectively farmer households’various financing choices, and to explore the specific factors that influencing farmer households’selection of rural property mortgage for financing. The results showed that location, gender, education degree and number of rural credit cooperatives had significantly negative impact on households’selection of rural property mortgage, while quantity of laborforce and awareness of rural property mortgage policy had significantly positive impact. In addition, service attitude of rural credit cooperatives had a negative impact on households’financing choices, deviating from households’financing willingness. Based on the research above, the paper put forward suggestions like establishing more rural grassroots service outlets, encouraging participation of multivariate financing providers and popularizing agricultural insurances and rural property mortgage subsidy policies. |
