Abstract:
In order to solve the problems including small individual, weak stress resistance and ability to resist diseases, low survival rate of Holothuria scabra Jaeger larvae, this paper studied the key techniques in the process of intermediate rearing of H. scabra Jaeger with indoor cement pools, reared H. scabra Jaeger juvenile under the optimal conditions combined indoor cement pool culturing and outdoor pond culturing, measured body length and body weight at the end of the test, and calculated the survival rate. The results showed that, the optimal conditions of indoor cement pool cultivation were as follows: temperature of 25-30℃, sanity of 25%-35%, density of 2 000-3 000 individuals/m2, light intensity of 2 000 lx. Under the above optimum conditions, 160 thousand juveniles with 0.3-0.5 cm in body length, 0.004 g in weight were cultured in indoor cement pools. After 1 month, the average body length of juveniles reached 0.8-1 cm, the survival rate reached more than 50%. Then the juveniles were cultured in outdoor ponds, after 40 d, the average body length of juveniles reached about 3 cm, the survival rate reached 60%.
