| Polyacrylic microspheres were prepared using suspension polymerization with ethylene glycol dimethacrylate
as crosslinking agent, and the chlorpyrifos were loaded in the crosslinked microspheres by impregnation method. The
structure and morphology of chlorpyrifos loaded microspheres were characterized by FTIR, SEM and DSC. The effect of
structure of the crosslinked microspheres on loading content (LC) and release property was also investigated. The results
indicated that amorphous chlorpyrifos was loaded in the crosslinked microspheres evenly. The loading content and release
property of chlorpyrifos could be regulated by adjusting the hydrophobic properties and crosslinking density of microspheres. |
