Based on questionnaires and sample-plot survey, combined with analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and Delphi technique, this study established a comprehensive evaluation index system which was suitable for green vegetation in saline land of coastal areas with 13 evaluation factors belonging to three norms of ecology, resistance and landscape according to principles of ecology and aesthetics about community structure and function, in order to provide a scientific
basis and reference for the rational selection, introduction and configuration of greening tree species, and then the ecoengineering construction and evaluation in Shanghai and other coastal saline areas. The system was applied in 20 selected plant communities of Dongtan wetland park to select advocated communities and optimize. Three plant communities with higher comprehensive scores were advocated: Pinus elliottii +Sapium sebiferum -Hibiscus mutabilis +Nerium indicum -
Zoysia matrella, S. sebiferum -Hibiscus hamabo +Amorpha fruticosa +Sambucus williamsii ‘Aurea’-Hylotelephium
spectabile+Mirabilis jalapa and Sophora japonica+Acer buergerianum+Ulmus parvifolia+Celtis sinensis-A. fruticosa+Cassia
corymbosa-Canna indica; plant communities with lower scores were lack of native trees, colored-leaf trees and seasonal
variation and so on. |
