Allocation of control rights is not clear and low marketing level are the two major factors restricting forestry cooperatives to maximize the benefits. The research analyzes the problem of allocation of control rights of farmers and managers based on the replication dynamic model. It shows that farmers should strengthen the supervision, be actively to manage and make decision in the early days of the cooperative. Managers should have overall situation view and sense of responsibility. In addition, two stage dynamic game model is put forward from the view of marketing strategies. In order to maximize the benefits of the cooperative, a pricing method of the forest products is raised by using the backward induction method to solve the model. |
