| Abstract: |
| Seven different treatments were set by mixed forest soil and serious saline-alkali soil and their extracted
liquid in this study. Oat seed germination and the growth indexes of seedling were observed. The results showed that the
germination of oat seed and growth index decreased with the increase of soil salinity. Also, different treatments of salinity
stress had different effect on the oat germination, while the effect of extracted liquid treatment was stronger than that of soil
