Abstract: |
Meiguimi grape was used as material, using SNP as NO donor, by soilless cultivation methods, and adding
20% PEG-6000 in nutrient solution simulated drought. The influences of SNP on drought-resistance physiology in grape
seedlings under drought stress, and the mechanism of exogenous NO alleviating the damage of drought stress on grape were
investigated. The results showed that under PEG-6000 simulation drought conditions, SNP treatment could make the MDA
content, production rate of superoxide anion radical, hydrogen peroxide content and relative electrical conductivity
decreased significantly, while the activities of SOD and POD increased in leaf; the osmotic adjustment substances contents
of free proline and soluble protein significantly increased in leaf, and water content decline rate was slow significantly. In
addition, SNP treatment also significantly made the root activity increased and the MDA content in root decreased after
drought stress. |
