Abstract:
      In order to investigate the specific expression pattern of OsRbohB gene during the rice anther development, an in situ hybridization vector of Pbsk-OsRbohB was constructed, the probe labeling with DIG was obtained by in vitro transcription, and RNA in situ hybridization was performed using rice anthers at different anther development stages as materials. The results showed that, OsRbohB gene was mainly expressed at stage 8-10 microspores and pollens, reached a peak at stage 9, and the expression reduced at stage 10. OsRbohB gene might play a role in rice early anther development. This work provided the clue and basis for further research on the function of OsRbohB gene in rice ROS product and anther development.
