Abstract: |
The extraction techniques of pigment from cherry tomato peel by solvent method were studied on the basis of single factor test and orthogonal test. The results suggested that the optimal technical condition was as follows: the best extraction technology was extracted solution of 90% ethanol + 0.5% citric acid (5, V/V) in the mixture, the ratio of cherry tomato peel and extraction being 114 (g/mL), the pH was 4.0 and the extraction time was 70 min. This extraction technology, taking the ethanol as the extraction solvent, had features of low cost, easy operation and high safety, and had
good prospects for development in the industry. The virgin skin pigment extract on the superoxide free radical scavenging
effect and hydroxyl free radical scavenging effect and DPPH radical was positively correlated with concentration. |
