Abstract: |
In order to improve the yield of polysaccharides from Suillus luteus Gray, the medium composition and
fermentation conditions of S. luteus Gray were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test in this study. The results
showed that the optimal fermentation medium consisted of 10% potato, 3% lactose, 0.5% beef extract, 0.3% KH2PO4, 0.1%
CaCO3, 0.1% ZnSO4 7H2O and 0.2% MgSO47H2O. As the optimal fermentation conditions were as follow: pH 5.6, medium
loading volume 100 mL/250mL, fermentation temperature 25-58 and a 9 d incubation period. Under these conditions,
production of the polysaccharides could reach a peak of 62.10 mg/g. |
