Abstract: |
In this paper, 3414 fertilizer effectiveness experiment was set up to study the effect of combinedapplication of N, P and K on the yield, chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of flue-cured tobacco NC102.The results showed that the actual yield of each fertilizer treatment was remarkably enhanced compared with CK,application of N 5.22 kg, P 4.26 kg, K 22.50 kg per 667m2, the yield could reach the highest with 197.92 kg/667m2.The yield was influenced greatly by nitrogen, followed by phosphate and potash fertilizer. During the period ofmaturation, the nitrogenous fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer were directly bound up with the chlorophyll content andnet photosynthetic rate of flue -cured tobacco. Controlling nitrogen fertilizer and increasing phosphate fertilizerproperly could cause the tobacco yellowing in due time. Increasing nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer properlycould promote the photosynthesis and the extension level of superior leaves. During the period of maturation, theeffect of potassic fertilizer on chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of flue-cured tobacco was few. |
