The fungal pathogen of Podocarpus macrophyllus leaf diseases was identified for the future work of preventing and controlling these diseases. The diseased samples of P. macrophyllus leaf diseases were collected from Nanning Liangfengjiang National Forest Park of Guangxi. The pathogens could be obtained by pathogen isolation and pathogenicity test. The pathogens were identified based on their cultural characteristics, mophological characteristics and rDNA-ITS sequencing. The pathogens were identified as Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Pestalotiopsis virgatula and Alternaria alternata. Among them, leaf blight disease caused by A. alternata and leaf tip blight caused by P. virgatula were new diseases on P. macrophyllus, which have not been reported. |
