In order to verify whether there is a correlation between the method of herbicide quinclorac in soil byhigh performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and bioassay method, quinclorac residues in Jiangxi nine soil sampleswere determined using high performance liquid chromatography coupled to photodiode array detector (HPLC-PDAD) andbioassay method. Quinclorac residues were detected on the 7th and 9th samples, the residual amount was 0.060 mg/kg and0.092 mg/kg. So the 7th and 9th soil was unsuitable to grow tobacco. Through pot method, nine soil samples bioassayresults showed that, the 7th and 9th tobacco transplanting soil samples appeared abnormal growth while others didn tappear abnormal phenomenon. The bioassay results showed that, in the range of 0.045-0.270 mg/kg, the length and widthof tobacco leaf爷s inhibition rates were positively correlated with the content of quinclorac, that the higher the quincloraccontent, the more obvious deformity of tobacco. The results of two methods were consistent. This study verified thecorrelation between method of herbicide quinclorac in soil by HPLC and bioassay method. |
