Abstract:
Using cluster analysis software to analyze 150 volatile components from different species of Curcumakwangsiensis to provide the basis needs for clinical and selecting good C. kwangsiensis varieties. GC-MS was usedto analyze the volatile components of good C. kwangsiensis varieties which were prescreened from others. Thecharacteristic volatile components were screened and compared by the SPSS software, and then the result could beobtained from the analysis. According to the cluster analysis by using different standards, we could see that differentC. kwangsiensis varieties could be divided into classes. When Curzerene was used as the analysis standard, thesamples could be divided into 3 classes, when -Elemene was used as the analysis standard, the samples could bedivided into 3 classes, when using Curdione as the analysis standard, the samples could be divided into 2 classes, when using Curzerene and -Elemene as the analysis standard, the samples could be divided into 4 classes, whenusing Curzerene, -Elemene and Curdioneas as the analysis standard, the samples could be divided into 3 classes, and when using the whole components as the analysis standard, the samples could be divided into 4 classes.
