| In this study, special Taqman fluorescent probes and primers were designed based on the sequence ofmovement protein gene, a rapid and effective method of cotton leaf curl virus (CLCuV) detection was established basedon real-time fluorescent PCR. The result showed that the method could amplify specifically fluorescence signal from 5different isolates of CLCuV, while the other 6 viruses had no amplification. The method is not only rapid, accurate,convenient, and sensitive, but also can provide well technical support for Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine andagricultural safety. |
