Phosphate solubilizing bacteria were isolated from the rhizosphere of camellia袁and six strains were
screened by using traditional method of isolation and culture of microorganisms. By using the way of clear zone,
phosphate solubilizing bacteria from the rhizosphere soil were preliminarily isolated, and the high effective phosphate
solubilizing bacteria were further screened by using molybdenum-antimony anti-spectrophotometric method, strain 3-
Y -08 was the most active. The strains and 16S rDNA and phylogenetic tree were identified by studying the
morphology, cultural, physiological and biochemical properties. Thus the strain was preliminarily identified as
Bacillus megaterium. |
