| In order to select the wheat varieties which have excellent resistance to stripe rust, and further
consummate the germplasm resources of Sichuan wheat varieties, this paper screened 110 main planting wheat
cultivars in Sichuan province, identified the strip rust resistance of adult plant of each cultivar, and then conducted
the correlation analysis of the reaction type, prevalence rate and final disease index, and proceeded Clustering
analysis at the same time, to classify those wheat varieties in different levels thoroughly, and chose the excellent
resistance genes in wheat varieties. The results indicated that the reaction type, prevalence rate and final disease
index had extremely significant positive correlation, the clustering analysis showed that among the 110 cultivars,
there were 21 highly resistant cultivars, 26 moderate resistant cultivars, 31 moderate susceptibility cultivars and 32
high susceptibility cultivars, the proportions were 19.1%, 23.6%, 28.1% and 29.1%, respectively. |
