Phosphate-solubilizing microorganism (PSM) can promote the effective utilization of soil phosphorus,
and play an important role in the control of non-point source pollution of soil. Three PSMs (P1, P2 and P3) with
stable phosphate -solubilizing ability were isolated from the turfgrass soil in Baotou, in which the solubilizing
phosphate ability of P1 was higher than that of the other two strains. The results about a series experiment on
composite bacteria system showed the order of phosphate-solubilizing ability was P1:P3 P1:P2 P1:P2:P3跃P2:P3,
which confirmed that P1 had high ability of dissolving phosphorus. The molecular identification showed that P1
belonged to Burkholderia sp., it had great application value in practice. |
