Abstract: |
Luffa seedlings of“ Holland Youmei” with one or two true leaves were sprayed by exogenous chlormequat
chloride and ethephon with different concentrations,to study the effects of exogenous substance on the first female
flower node, growth rate of leave number and internodes length of stem. The results indicated that chlormequat chloride
treatment had the best effect on lowering the first female flower node with concentration of 100 mg/L at one-leaf stage
and decreasing by one node, inhabiting the growth rate of leaf number with concentration of 200 mg/L at two-leaf stage
by 31.71%,shortening the stem internodes length with concentration of 500 mg/L at one-leaf stage by 86.44%,compared
to the control. Different concentrations of ethephon had different effects, with a decrease of the first female flower node
by 0.4 node with concentration of 100 mg/L at one-leaf stage,an reduce of the growth rate of leaf number by 31.71% with
concentration of 200 mg/L at two-leaf stage,a shortening of the stem internodes length by 48.65% with concentration of
500 mg/L at one-leaf stage,compared to the control. |
