Abstract: |
To study the effects of long-term banana continuous cropping on soil ecosystem, nematode classification
methods were adopted to study the soil nematode community structure and diversity under different continuous cropping
years(1 a,2 a,3 a and 4 a)in Ledong County of Hainan Province. The results indicated that plant-parasitic nematodes
were dominant in the community,Rotylenchulus were the most dominant species which had a trend to widening. No
difference existed in the diversity index, evenness index, richness index and gas Lesi card index of soil nematode
community structure. The main physical and chemical properties including soil organic matter, total phosphorus and total
potassium content had significant or highly correlation with the index of nematodes community, which was an important
indicator of soil nematode ecological communities. In the banana plantation in Ledong of Hainan,we could increase
organic fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer, adjusting and controlling potash fertilizer to regulate the physicochemical
properties of soil and restore the health of soil. |
