Abstract:
      A new type of polymeric slow release fertilizer was prepared with poly carbonyl urea andtriisocyanate. By experiments of soil culture and cole pot,the slow release performances of two levels of cold watersolubility of modified poly carbonyl urea(MPCU)were studied. The results showed that the MPCU had good slowrelease performance. The nitrogen release rates of two levels of cold water solubility of MPCU were 71.77% and47.05% in 90 days in soil,the nitrogen release characteristics of two kinds of MPCU in soil could be describedperfectly by the Elovich equation and first-order kinetic equation,both degrees of fitting were more than 0.90.The results of cole pot experiment showed that,compared with common compound fertilizers,the cole yields of twokinds of MPCU increased by 103.95% and 71.62%,phosphorus contents increased by 11.73% and 11.07%,potassiumcontents increased by 22.60% and 33.90%,sulfur contents increased by 19.53% and 5.10%,respectively. Onlyhigh cold water solubility of MPCU made the nitrogen content increased by 20.75% and the content of vitamin Cincreased by 22.80%.
