| As a new business model，electronic commerce provides a new opportunity for development of aquaticcirculation. The article first introduced the definition of electronic commerce of aquatic products and the currentdevelopment of aquatic products enterprises，then analyzed the dilemma of traditional aquatic produces wholesalemarket，thus put forward circulation pattern of aquatic products wholesale market based on electronic commerce，fully demonstrated the necessity and inevitability of aquatic products wholesale market transforming from traditionalcirculation pattern to electronic commerce，and finally proposed the management strategies of aquatic products wholesalemarket based on electronic commerce and compared it with traditional aquatic products wholesale market.
