Abstract: |
Through variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper statistically analyzedthe agronomic traits of common buckwheat recombinan, including plant height, seed setting rate, grain weight of per plantof two groups of recombinant inbred lines(RIL),i.e. F4 plants. The results showed that there were significant differencesamong the parents in plant height, seed number of per plant, seed setting rate and flower number. The frequency of allagronomic traits in the RIL populations approximately normally distributed, indicating that it was a quantitative traitcontrolled by multiple genes. There were significantly positive correlations between grain weight of per plant and other6 traits respectively. All traits except for 1000-grain weight had significantly positive correlations with plant height. Theorder of character contributution to the grain weight of per plant was as follows:plant height, main stem number, grainnumber per plant and 1000-grain weight. |
