In this paper, chemical regulation effects of uniconazole on growth and photosynthetic physiologyof peanut were researched by spraying different concentrations of uniconazole at the blossom stage:0,20,30,40,50 mg/L. The results showed that uniconazole deduced plant height, stalk length and transpiration rate ofleaves, and increased the number of pod,one hundred seed kernel weight, biomass and productivity per plant, alsoimproved the leaf photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular concentration of CO2,then increasedthe pod yield of peanut. Chemical control effects of uniconazole on peanut were different at different uniconazoleconcentration and growth period. 40 mg/L and 50 mg/L uniconazole were better for controlling growth of peanut atpod stage. However,20 mg/L and 30 mg/L were better for controlling growth at maturity stage. The photosyntheticrate, chlorophyll content and pod yield increased atfirst then inclined with uniconazole concentrationincreasing,20 mg/Land 30 mg/L uniconazole weremore suitable for improving photosynthesis and poddevelopment. In a word, uniconazole could increaseyield by regulating the growth and photosyntheticphysiological action of peanut, and 30 mg/L was thebest concentration for controlling the comprehensivechemical regulation. |
