| In order to ensure the anti-diarrhea components from Rubus corchorifolius leaves，the active componentsfrom R. corchorifolius leaves were isolated and purified using solvent extraction，column chromatography and middlepressure column chromatography，and their anti-diarrhea activities were determined through the movement of isolatedintestinal of rabbit，meanwhile，the structure of active monomer was identified. The results showed that the componentwhich had anti-diarrhea activity on isolated intestinal was P-hydroxy ethyl cinnamate in R. corchorifolius leaves，whenthe concentration was 20 mg/mL，the change rate of tension increment of isolated intestinal reached 70.0%，and itsinhibition effect was better than that of atropine. |
