| Abstract: |
| Ecological security is the new research field of sustainable development，it is the quantitative
description of security situation in the ecological system as a whole，it also plays an important role in protecting
and providing good production and ecological service function. On the base of analyzing the conception and theory
of ecological security，this paper summarized the research progress of domestic ecological security assessment
including evaluation scale，assessment model，assessment indicator，assessment method，evaluation standard and
the classification of assessment result. Finally，in order to provide reference for promoting systematic research of
ecological security，this paper proposed the trends of ecological security research aimed at the problems existing in
domestic research and application，such as strengthening the study of ecological security theory，consummating the
evaluation model and index system，formulating scientific and reasonable evaluation standard，combining different
evaluation scale researches closely，building monitoring and warning platform with important areas，improving the
security maintenance and management regulation system. |
