| Abstract: |
| In order to grasp the process of biogas fermentation of biogas engineering and control it，the remotemonitoring system was designed. The system uses sensors to measure the flow，temperature，pressure，pH，CH4 and otherparameters，and then transmits these data to the PLC. When PLC receives the data，it will analyze and process the dataand sends out the control command. At the same time，through a wireless CP243i module，it also will transfer data to thecomputer，and then upload the data via the Internet to a remote server. According to the system permissions，the user canlog on the system to data query，parameter setting and report printing by using different terminals. The system has beenapplied to the monitoring of biogas engineering in Jiangsu province，the monitoring system can realize real-time view ofbiogas fermentation and remote control. |
