To survey the application situation of plant growth regulators in fruits and vegetables, samples from
local market, import and export of Guangzhou city, Shantou city, Zhongshan city and Huizhou city of Guangdong
province were randomly collected. 445 samples of fruits and vegetables were collected to determine the residues of 13
kinds of plant growth regulators by ultra performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry. The results showed
that plant growth regulators detection rate was 55.5% and 24.3% in 330 local market samples and 115 import and
export samples, respectively. Plant growth regulator CCC had the highest detection rate, products like grapes, tomato,
cucumber had the highest detection rate. |
