The removal rate of 2 pesticides, triazophos and abamectin, in cowpea in the family processing of
stir-fly, stew and cold were studied through HPLC and GC techniques, using the field spraying and simulated family
processing methods. The results showed that the removal rate of triazophos in cowpea was 32.6%-70.0%, and that of
abamectin was 39.0%-78.0% after processing. Among the 3 methods, the effect of stew was the best with triazophos
and abamectin removal rates of 58.9%-70.0% and 72.9%-78.0%, respectively. The results indicated that the
residues were more close to the exposure level of pesticide in consumer diet after family processing, and it was
guaranteed to the safe consumer diet with practical significance. |
