| Abstract: |
| Bacteria in tissue culture of Anubias barteri were isolated and identified in this study. The results
showed that 13 isolates belonged to 11 genus（Paracoccus，Sphingomonas，Agrobacterium，Del ftia，Roseateles，
Cupriavidus，Herbaspirillum，Stenotrophomonas，Acinetobacter，Microbacterium，Mycobacterium）of 4 groups
（Alphaproteobacteria，Betaproteobacteria，Gammaproteobacteria，Actinobacteria）. 38.5% of all isolates were
Betaproteobacteria that were dominant species. The result was beneficial for preventing the contamination of
production in the future |
