Abstract:
In order to explore the DNA damage in cells induced by 1,2,4-TCB,hepatocyte cells of zebrafish cultured in vitro were exposed to different concentrations of 1,2,4-TCB(0,1,5,10 mg/L)for 2 h. Then, the comet assay was applied to measure the DNA damage. Results showed that tail length, tail DNA rate of hepatocyte cells both significantly increased when treated with more than 5 mg/L 1,2,4-TCB compared with the control group. Meanwhile, the DNA damage increased gradually with the increase of 1,2,4-TCB concentration. There was an obvious dose relationship between 1,2,4-TCB concentration and DNA damage(tail length, tail DNA rate, tail moment). It was concluded that 1, 2,4-TCB could induce DNA damage in hepatocyte cells of zebrafish
