Abstract:
To explore the effects of sepia ink polysaccharides (SIPS) on ovarian oxidative stress and immune ability of mice, 60 KM female mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group (CON), model group (CP), treatment groups 1 to 4 (SIP+CP:1-4). Mice injury model was built by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide, mice of normal group were injected with saline. Mice were oral administration of SIPS or saline. Then the weight changes, organ index of mice and ovarian MDA content and SOD activity were detected. The results showed that, 80 mg/kg SIPS per mouse was the optimal dose. Compared with the model group, 80 mg/kg SIPS could significantly reduce the ovarian MDA content and significantly improve the ovarian SOD activity, improve the ovarian index, thymus index and spleen index, intensify anti-oxidative function in ovary and the body immunity of mice.
